In the unlikely event the Client(s) should cancel, all deposits and payments made to Rustic Manor 1848 are nonrefundable. This includes any and all payments made including but not limited to wedding planning, bar and beverage, photography and any other Additional Services provided by Rustic Manor 1848. Rustic Manor 1848 shall reserve the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client(s) fails to meet or violates any terms of the Agreement, in which case the provisions of this cancellation policy also apply. In the event the Client(s) should cancel, notice must be given to Rustic Manor 1848 immediately. If notification is given after a payment due date, the Client(s) remain 100% responsible for the outstanding balance of that invoice. Client(s) will not be released from their contractual obligations until all payments have been made in full. Rustic Manor 1848 may request a Cancellation Contract be signed by the Client(s). The Client(s) shall not assign or sublease any terms, conditions, or services contained in this Agreement or any interest therein without the written consent of Rustic Manor 1848. If for any reason Rustic Manor 1848 is unable to fulfill its contractual obligation under this Agreement, the entire deposit will be returned with no further penalties or liabilities. Rustic Manor 1848 is not responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes, acts of god, or interruptions of utilities.
