Kuhn/Northrip Wedding - 4/22/2017
This amazing couple came to us immediately following their rental reservation, knowing that planning their wedding from California would be incredibly difficult. They choose our All Inclusive Package so we hit the ground running getting all the important details out on the table. Knowing that food, floral and dessert were the most important aspects of the day to our bride and groom, we quickly focused on how to make sure these 3 elements stood out while showing off each of their personalities as well. From finding all centerpiece and decor items, to ordering specialty linens and designing each unique floral pieces we were able to take care of every creative detail for our bride and groom. During a 5 day trip home over Christmas, we filled an entire day with catering and bakery tastings, a stationary selection meeting and even hashed out the details of room layout and rentals desired. Talk about a busy, but delicious day! All other meetings were via Skype and constant communication through email. Come wedding day, our bride and groom simply needed to "show up" as we had every detail meticulously covered to ensure smooth sailing from start to finish.
Zajac/Talbot Wedding - 05/21/2017
After a year of planning their dream wedding all on their own, Sarah and Charles came to us to take over the final details by securing our team for Month Of Planning. We began by coordinating the day's multiple moving parts with each vendor specifically to ensure every detail was on point. With a ceremony off-site at the beautiful St. John's Military Academy, our team split up to ensure both ceremony and reception halls were set and ready according to the couple's plans. Their party started with a flower petal toss as they exited the church, a champagne receiving line and passed appetizers followed by a family style dinner service, craft beer station with vintage lounge in the hayloft and special jam session by Charles and his groomsmen. Every detail was carefully thought out to showcase the bride's love for Chicago and the groom's love for Milwaukee right down to the thin crust pizza, Italian beef sandwiches and sausage late night food bar! It was such fun working with both Sarah and Charles, along with each of their 10 vendors to bring their wedding day dreams to life. A big thanks to the talented Laurelyn Savannah Photography for capturing all the details!
Grown A** Prom® 2016
When we first began creating the concept behind Grown A** Prom®, we knew we were on to something special. It was soon decided a Great Gatsby Theme would be the talk of the town and our team of Planners got right to sorting out all the details. Working in partnership with some of the area's top vendors, we were able to host the party of the year as tickets sold out in just 3 days!! From the cigar flapper girls to the classic couples photo to a chance to be crowed Prom King & Queen...every aspect of this themed event was handled by our team of Planners with great care. Now, an annual event, they work on the next theme for Prom this August. Do you have your date lined up and ready to dance?
Abbey & Matt
Abbey and Matt had a true vision for their wedding day and focused on making every detail a reflection of themselves and their life together. With a Game of Thrones theme in mind, they leaned of friends, family and their team of vendors to execute their ideas. Our team was contracted for Day Of Coordination because to them, there was nothing more important than ensuring everyone who had already put in so much time and effort helping them (in addition to themselves of course) was able to relax and enjoy the day for what it should be...an amazing celebration! Abbey's mother handcrafted each and every centerpiece, Matt's father build each custom throne, Matt's aunt was busy sewing the giant wedding quilt, Abbey's uncle was the mastermind behind their unique Save-The-Dates and they even extended an invitation to a dear friend to officiate the ceremony itself. From there, it was up to us to make sure every important detail was displayed according to plan. Knowing that the timeline of events was important to the bride and groom, we focused on keeping all vendors and services on track along with ensuring all images requested (there was a lot to capture!) were being focused on. It was such a fun day and we were so lucky to be part of such a unique and special wedding! (Image credits: Uttke Photography)
