RULES & SET-UP DETAILS:
Know the name you registered under. We’ll be checking in under first names then last names but keep in mind, your last name may have changed since you registered!
Doors open for set-up at 8:30 AM that day, but we kindly ask that you be here no later than 10:15 AM to ensure that everyone is set up in time for the beginning of the event at 11:00 AM, sharp. Please plan your set up accordingly so that you are ready for buyers promptly at 11:00 AM.
Upon arrival, enter the grounds and proceed to the Forum Complex building (the most northern square building, NOT the round building). Your event is being held in the Halls of the Forum Complex. You will be able to unload at overhead door #14 (southwest), #16 (southeast) or #9 (west). Staff will be outside assisting with check-in. See the facility map and table information below.
Once you’ve unloaded, all vehicles must be relocated to the adjacent parking lot. To expedite the unloading and set-up process for everyone, please be prepared to unload quickly. Wagons, dollies, rolling trucks are allowed and encouraged. The expo center does NOT offer these items to assist with your unload.
Tables are given on a first serve basis. Some tables will have a “Reserved” sign with a vendor ID sign. These tables are off limits to sellers.
The Bridal Décor Resale is NOT A GARAGE SALE. Do not bring any items that are not wedding related. This event strictly prohibits the sale of any items not directly associated with weddings and tables will be monitored for unauthorized items.
We strongly encourage sellers to bring in photo examples of your decor “in action”. You will only have the single 8ft trade show table space rented to use for the day unless you purchased multiple tables. We cannot guarantee additional tables to be available for rent that day if you need more space. In the event we do have extra tables, cash can be paid to any Rustic Manor 1848 employee to secure more space.
Decorate your space! Use the items you are selling to enhance your space for the best possible sale. The better the booth looks the more likely you are to sell out and sell out quickly!
If you are selling candles they must remain UNLIT for this event. No flame will be permitted.
Electric is not available to your table unless previously reserved. If you have something to plug in you must pay for electric. Our will be walking around that day to monitor use of outlets. See the form below to add this to your space.
You are permitted to sell wedding related clothing- Tuxedos, suits, wedding dresses and gowns, and bridesmaids dresses. Do not bring any other non-wedding related clothing to sell. All clothing that is being sold MUST be professionally dry cleaned prior to the décor resale event.
We will not provide change or cash drawers the day of the event. Please come prepared with your own personal cash box and change to promptly take care of your customers. At your discretion, feel free to accept checks. An ATM is available onsite for buyers to utilize.
All resale tables must be cleaned up no later than 3:00 PM the day of the event as the event concludes at 2:00pm. We kindly ask that you leave your space exactly the way you found it. Rustic Manor 1848 or the Wisconsin Expo Center will not hold, store, or keep any décor resale items outside of the event itself.
You are welcome to leave early should you sell out of decor :)
Any items left for the Expo Center staff to dispose of will result in significant fees. Please be courteous and take with you and items you did not sell.
Concessions are NOT available for this event. Please pack snacks/beverages to keep you comfortable.
Each seller may bring 1-2 additional person to join you at your booth (max 3 people per table) to assist you with sales.
Sellers must provide their own chair if desired. Chairs will NOT be made available the day of the event.

REGISTERED FOR 1 TABLE? - Set up in the EAST HALL or any of the halls
REGISTERED FOR 2 TABLES? - Set up in the NORTH or SOUTH HALL. Tables will be assigned upon arrival.
