Due to food safety guidelines pets are not permitted inside the building during food service times.

We work with a wonderful list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue operations and service standards. If a couple chooses to book a caterer outside of our preferred list, prior approval is required and a $750 service charge will be applied.
Rustic Manor also offers in-house DJ, Photography, Videography, Linens, Décor, and Coordination services provided by incredible service providers in the area. Beyond those services, we are happy to provide additional vendor recommendations.
Approval is not required to book any vendors outside of catering, though all vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Do you have a liquor license or am I able to bring in outside liquor for my wedding?
Yes! Rustic Manor holds a Class B Liquor and Beer License. We offer several customized beverage packages as well as staff your event with well-trained and licensed bartenders. Due to the regulations of our liquor license, carry-ins are prohibited by the state.
Do I have to get appetizers and dessert through my caterer?
You’re welcome to select a different vendor for appetizers and desserts. All food needs to be licensed and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance. Couples are not subject to an additional fee for choosing a non-preferred caterer for appetizers or desserts.
DECORATIONS & COORDINATION
Can we decorate the venue?
Of course! You’re welcome to decorate the indoor and outdoor space however you would like. Floral arrangements and drapings can be attached to the outdoor arbor and indoor arch with zip ties, floral wire, string, ribbons, etc. No items can be used that may cause any damage to our property of any kind.
Do you offer or require a wedding coordinator?
We want your wedding to be absolutely perfect, which is why we require a coordinator to represent the couple on your wedding day. The coordinator does not need to be a paid professional, but they cannot be a bridal party member or a parent.
The couple’s wedding coordinator is someone for our staff and other vendors to coordinate and communicate with and vice versa. We do have a “day-of” venue manager that is responsible for making sure the venue runs smoothly, including managing our staff.
As part of our additional services, you can book a professional wedding coordinator through our team. Our wedding coordinators know our venue extremely well and will ensure your day is enjoyable and runs smoothly.
Does your team handle setup and takedown?
All tables and chairs will be set up upon your arrival and ready for you to begin setting up your décor. Unless you have the appropriate coordination services booked through our team, you will be responsible for setting up your décor and taking everything down at the end of the evening.
